Shipping policy

All goods will be shipped within 2-3 business days of date purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

Important Summer Shipping Policy
Because our candles, lip balms and lotion bars are made with natural waxes and oils, they can soften or melt if left in hot delivery vehicles, hot mailboxes, or on sunny porches. During extreme temperatures, shipping may be delayed.

• Shipping Schedule: We only ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend warehouse delays.
• Protective Packaging: All heat-sensitive items are packed with thermal insulation and ice packs at no extra cost.
• Your Responsibility: We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package so it does not sit outside in the heat. If lotion bars or lip balms arrive slightly soft, simply pop it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm it back up before opening!
