Refund policy
We want you to love our handcrafted goods and accessories as much as we do! If you are not 100% satisfied with your candle or accessory purchase, we will issue a refund. We just ask you to return the product to us within 3 days of purchase/receipt, unused in original packaging, with the reason for return. Sorry, no refunds on soaps, lotion bars, lip balms, shipping fees, gift boxes, gift cards or custom orders.
Damaged Product
If you receive a candle that is damaged during shipping, please email images of the damaged item and the original shipping container within 3 days of purchase/receipt to simplynoble16@gmail.com. We are happy to replace the item for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about your refund status. Once a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card on file or you will be issued a Simply Noble Ltd. eGift Card in the amount of the refund.
