Our Story

         

We’re Laurie and Roger Merrick, long-time Colorado residents and the founders of Simply Noble Ltd. Our business is named in honor of Laurie’s late father, Cecil Noble—a fourth-generation Montana cowboy whose legacy of integrity and hard work continues to inspire us.

What began as a personal mission to create natural, nourishing, toxin-free skincare and candles quickly grew into a passion—and ultimately a thriving small business.

All of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality natural butters, fats, and oils. Every ingredient serves a purpose. We never use dyes or artificial colorants; instead, our soaps are naturally tinted with mineral-rich clays and botanical powders. Our hand-poured candles are made with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks free of zinc, tin, and lead, and the highest quality non-toxic fragrance oils.

Sustainability matters to us. We choose eco-friendly, recyclable, and reusable packaging whenever possible. Our upcycled wine-bottle candles are made from bottles collected from local wineries—each one cut, sanded, and repurposed by hand in our shop.

From start to finish, every product is crafted by us in Palisade, Colorado. Laurie is a proud member of the Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild.
